The guys at the Austin store were amazing! Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I had a bad thermostat and everything they did just didn’t work, found out later the thermostat had to be a Ford one and not the aftermarket one they tried. ford was closed on Saturday so they couldn’t get one. They worked for 4 1/2 hours trying to fix. Very patient and kind the entire time. Can’t say enough about the customer service I received while being at their business. 10 star review easily! I’d recommend them to anyone
