Nate. The guy to talk to great customer service will be back for more tires. He was straight up with the price no BS
Charged me for tightening up a bunch of loose bolts that apparently the shop before them left loose. By the time I got to the other shop to bring them the bill, One of the Firestone mechanics already called the shop and told them nothing was wrong with my car and to be prepared for me. They denied everything when I went back to Firestone.
If customer service and communication are important to you, this is the place. Honest, sincere, and go out of their way to try to get you the best deal they can. Quality work and peace of mind.

I brought some very good used tires to put on some rims for my trailer and at first they said $100 . Then I was told they couldn't do it because they were used tires. So I went to the other side of town and they did it for $30 saved me a bunch
