Made an appointment to have 4 tires changed out , scheduled it for 10 AM today. An hour after I get a call saying they don't have the tires even after I called them before so I didnt waste my time coming up there. The company offered me no discount for the inconvenience so I will take my business elsewhere. Incompetence to the max
Can't thank the Firestone crew for their dedication to service. Thank you for the new tire in a pinch and getting me out in a timely manner. Yall are top flight. 5 stars. Customer service was excellent
Firestone on Fort Riley seemed pretty cool at first, the staff were friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately, they weren’t very knowledgeable when it came to hybrids, which was really frustrating. I don’t live in the area and was already towed there, so it sucked finding out they couldn’t really help with my car. I ended up having to get it towed again to Manhattan, which was a huge inconvenience. Also, their price for a simple diagnostic is outrageous, $100 to plug something into my car? Yeah...no way. Firestone on Fort Riley seemed pretty cool at first, the staff were friendly and easy to work with. Great store, they helped out at every opportunity and they were awesome. Would recommend to everyone living around fort riley
