I went to Firestone asked them do you fix BMW and the manager said yes depends on what kind of problem it got I told them it’s a coolant leak and she was like yea we can do that you need to pay $35 for pressure test you can bring it. I towed my car there paid the towing company X amount of money and left my car there only to get a call saying we can’t fix your car ok fine at least reimburse me with the money I paid for towing or at least weaver the pressure test now I’m counting losses for $200 without any problem solved. Great service. Have stopped in twice without an appointment and despite being busy they at least listened to my concerns and were able to quickly take a look and set me up with an appointment time after ordering parts.
The staff were professional and very friendly
Austin and Samantha were great. The price was the best around and they had the tires the next day. Installation was quick and they were very friendly. Very happy with my new tires.
