Very disappointing experience with Firestone. We scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 11:00 AM specifically so we wouldn’t be stuck waiting around all day. It is now 3:30 PM—more than four hours after our scheduled appointment—and we still have not received a single update about the vehicle. I understand that automotive shops get busy and delays happen, but at some point an appointment needs to actually mean something. The Firestone at Fort Riley Kansas is the best. They always get my car in and they do the best checks and recommendations. They have the best customer service, always welcoming and with a smile. They look at you when they talk to you not at other things. Very nice and respectful. They are better than surrounding Firestone store. They take care of you even when the local dealership didn’t.
Bent a rim on my car. Brought the NEW rim and old rim in to swap the tire. When mounting new rim back on car, noticed a small dent on the outside of the new rim. As it was dropped off at Firestone still in the box, it's obvious Firestone dented it. It's small and not very noticeable, but still frustrating for a brand new rim to be damaged
Rating is 1.5. I go to the one in town. This one on base has bad juju.
I went in for the car care package. Just wanted to get a general service done on the car. After the appointment my car kept pulling to the right. I went back and got another tire rotation, which was part of the original package. Now, the car has a constant shake to it. The manager here will not acknowledge the issue either. Just don't go here. Find a better place.
