The associates at Firestone were very professional and expedite with the inspection and repair of my vehicle.
Although the service was great the wait time was way to long. I was told tire replacement would take approximately 1.5 hours However I waited 3.5 hours.
Went in for a $30 oil change cupón I got emailed. When I went in I got asked “would you like full synthetic or synthetic blend?” I told them full synthetic. They then took 1.5 hours to do an oil change and charged me $100 instead of $30 because I wanted synthetic oil. Didn’t even say anything about it being more expensive. Make sure you get a quote before you even give them your keys. UPDATE: they did give me some of my money back and made it fair but get it right the first time guys

I got my oil changed two days ago. I kept smelling burning oil, I opened the hood and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. I have oil all over my engine and oil is all over my driveway. I’m not coming here again and just doing the drive to Manhattan.
