My wife took her car in for a noise a couple months ago. She was thinking a bearing. They didn’t charge her bc they really couldn’t pinpoint the issue, but assured her it wasn’t a bearing. Would have preferred not to see dirt on dash from filter nor dusty handprint on my passenger seat or doors. I had just deep cleaned the inside over the weekend. Not sure why the towel I keep on passenger seat was moved to back seat they are there for a reason. Other than that the staff was quite nice.

Outstanding customer service and quality maintenance. A tire on my vehicle had an allen bit embedded in the tread causing a slow leak. Repaired properly with no issues. I highly recommend this Firestone.
