Not one time have I EVER had an issue with this Firestone. I’ve only been treated with the upmost respect and care with my cars and myself. They are informative, considerate, and thorough. 5 stars isn’t enough! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
This Firestone is seriously one of the best I've ever been to. The customer service is top notch. They always keep me informed during the process and are fast to complete the work. I read the most recent one-star review and simply think this person was just having a bad day. Human error happens in ANY industry, and it sounds like this Firestone was helping them fix the problem to accommodate them while they waited for a part. Gary and Zach (sp?) were very kind, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly.
We had the most exception experience at this Firestone this summer. We had previously run over a nail and brought our car to another place to have it repaired before a long roadtrip. They said they could patch it, and did, and we were on our way. Little did we know, they legally should not have patched it. As we were driving to Kansas, we kept losing air. The Firestone located in Derby has been my favorite one I've been to so far. I went in with a possible bad rotor, the front desk associate, I even think it was a manager, got me my quote within minutes and additionally, told me that my car's alignment was off and they just saved me big time by saving me money on new tires with a quick and intuitive glance at how my tires didn't look right.
