Great service and super friendly.
I needed my rotors turned but wasn't sure if brake pads needed replaced or not. As it turned out, rotors were the only issue. The work performed was done in a timely manner. It has completely eliminated the issue I had. The waiting area was clean with coffee available. Overall, it was a good experience. The price paid did not seem out of line for the work accomplished. With the level of service they provided, I'd not hesitate to go back for additional work should I need it.
Sam has always been professional and takes great care of his customers. I’ll continue to use Firestone as my primary auto shop in the future.
