Guys there were great. Did not try to up sell me anything. Did job in timely manner. Would go again!
Terrible place. My Car had to be towed due to a simple flat tire because the nuts were too tight. Guy who is at the front desk. Very rude said he had just walk into the door and that for that I had to wait two hours. If I wanted the service fine if no I could go somewhere else. Very unprofessional not sure what kind of training in customer service the team at Los location receives but this is terrible! You take advantage of people who are in need to get back on the road.
I had a lot of work done and it was brutally expensive, but Sarah was very supportive and tried to help me apply any discount to hat was available. She made the experience so much better. Firestone is so lucky to have her.
