I had a great experience at Firestone today. I came in for an oil change, and Sarah provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was patient, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire visit. Before I arrived, she gave me a quote over the phone that ended up matching my final bill exactly, and she even proactively applied a coupon that was available, which I really appreciated.
