Avoid Firestone Complete Auto Care at all costs. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change and left with damage that this company is now refusing to take responsibility for. I was initially told the oil filter cap was “too tight” and could potentially be damaged during removal. I did schedule an appointment so that perhaps the wait time would be lessened but having an appointment did't seem to affect that at all. I also used a coupon that I found on the website, but I was disappointed that the cost was greater than what the coupon stated. Aside from these things, I was satisfied with the service.
I went to the Killeen location on Wednesday, paid for a full diagnostic. I’m having transmission issues, but they just did a fuel injection and didn’t even tell me they don’t do transmission work here. They just did whatever the hell they want and took my money.
