Never use Firestone! They destroyed my car through negligence and refused to take responsibility! Their appeal process is a sham. They installed a thermostat that did not work so my car overheated and the engine seized without the temperature gauge ever indicating the car was hot. It was so hot that the radiator cap flew off and scorched my hood. It put me in a dangerous position in traffic and my car ended up destroyed with no warning.
I was very lucky, I am a Home Health provider and got stuck yesterday in attempt reach my patients. Tow truck came and I felt something off after. I got very lucky that Firestone had an 8am appointment for and even though I ran 8min late they were so nice. Of course that is no excuse to being late but given the icy conditions they were still willing to accept my car even with the time set back. Kyle was very professional and a quick assist. I met the nicest people there. Joe and Jasper were so friendly and honest and that is extremely important in today’s world. I would recommend this place to everybody I know, including Family.
