Georgette and Nichole were so nice and helpful. I brought my car a day early getting my days mixed up and Georgette offered to let me leave it for the next morning's appt. At about 5:00 that afternoon Nichole called and said it was ready.
Great service, but I advised you to drop it off rather then wait.
Everyone was very helpful and had me rescheduled after I accidentally missed my appointment. No fuss!
I was on my daily commute into work, when my tire light came on. Thankfully I was nearly at my hospital and the tire kept holding, but when I arrived my driver side front tire was noticeably low. I called the Firestone location near the hospital and the manager, Ms. Georgette very kindly fit me into the day's schedule. They replaced the tire before noon and for an excellent price.
