My wife and I are on vacation in Williamsburg and the a/c stops functioning. We stopped at the Williamsburg Firestone store on Richmond Rd and the experience was outstanding. Joe the service technician and Nicole the receptionist got our Suburban up and operating perfectly in a matter of a few hours. Excellent job all around. I would recommend this service center to anyone.

Georgette was simply amazing. She got us in and out in no time. She listened to our traveling issues with a tire that needed to be replaced and she was more than happy to help us. I was very happy with my service at Firestone in Williamsburg. I was on vacation and while driving to Williamsburg, hit a large pothole bending both rims on the passenger side. The technicians took their time to assess the rims and gave me a professional opinion as to the damage. Luckily, the rims were drivable. Their knowledge and experience comforted us that we were driving on an acceptable rim and not putting our family or others at risk.
