Started my day with a flat tire, fortunately my hybrid came with a can of fix a flat and small air compressor. Thankful the tools were enough to slow the leak long enough to get to Firestone! Booked an appointment online for 1pm, got a confirmation call in 10mins and was told I could drop my car off immediately; which was good because I was already on my way. Dropped the car off at 10am and was shocked to get a call at 12:30pm letting me know the car was done a full 30mins before my appointment time!!! I’ve never experienced... read more
If I could give 10 stars I would!! Georgette has BY FAR the nicest, most professional person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with and I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks to her, Firestone has a customer for life!!! 100/10 easy!
We were driving home to Va Beach from Richmond, ended up getting a nail in the tire on 64. Air was leaking out pretty rapidly. Called this location and they were able to get us in and get a new tire on the car within an hour. Staff was great and very helpful.
Michelle was great and super helpful, she helped me get better prices on tires and did her best to work with my budget, would definitely recommend coming here for tire work
