Brad was amazing. Very pleasant and listened to my concerns.
We were out of town and got a flat tire. We called shortly before closing and they were able to take a look at it and fix it. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The service was quick and we were able to get home with minimal time lost. Highly recommend!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Firestone today, particularly with the lack of communication. I was told that if I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 a.m., there would be enough time to replace all four tires, complete an alignment, and have the vehicle ready for pickup around 2:00 p.m. I planned my day around that commitment because I needed to pick up my daughter. Shout out to Brad and Rich for taking amazing care of my wife's vehicle. They kept us updated every step of the way and made sure we were well take care of. So far there isn't a problem they haven't been able to fix. This team is our go to for both of our vehicles and they have never let us down. 11/10 recommend
I had a great experience at Firestone! Phil did an excellent job working on my car. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate the great customer service and the quality of the work. Phil definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Firestone and especially Phil to anyone who needs work done on their car!
