Brought my car in for an alignment and tire rotation and they finished in an hour! They were super helpful and did great work!
Had a wheel alignment done 07/18/25 as well as an oil change and vehicle inspection. My vehicle was nott aligned correctly. Returned 08/17/2025 and alignment was checked and redone. Vehicle still not 100 percent correct. After checking my receipt, it recommended an oil change and brake fluid! How is this even possible, if I just received an oil change last month. On my vehicle inspection report, there was nothing needed. I;ve lost trust in Firestone, and now Im wondering if my oil was actually changed.
