Very nice and efficient
Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We drive by 9 other repair shops, including another firestone, just to come to the Brooksville location. Excellent knowledge, service and an overall exceptional experience every time we come here.
The staff were very courteous and professional. I was a walk-in and greeted immediately. I left my truck to be repaired while I was working. I was promptly notified what was needed to be done and when it was complete completed. I would bring my truck back again.
I had an excellent experience getting the tires replaced on my 2024 BMW X6 at Firestone. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable about high-end vehicles. The service itself was quick and efficient. Service advisor, Ron kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable while waiting.
