Place was absolutely fantastic not pushy , knowledgeable and friendly !! Great staff Justin was fabulous!!
I asked for a price of my oil change before anything was done. $150 but I got $25 coupon! Great, I thought. Until I walked outside and see the huge sign that said $59.99 FULL SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE!!! I asked why was I being charged $125. "Because that's for a 5 quart and you need 6 quarts". You going to charge me double for ONE QUART?? I'LL NEVER BE BACK!!
Excellent service, quick and friendly.
After having wheel balancing issues with a few different shops. This Firestone location performed a road force balance on 4 wheels and they finally ride smooth with no vibrations. I have 34” Nitto all terrains on 18” wheels, on an F150. I have had plenty of oversized off-road wheels and ties on multiple trucks and knew it was a technician or machine issue and not a wheel and tire issue. They did a great job and in a timely manner.
