They tried to charge me $1500+ to replace the rear brakes on my GTI. Got it done at a local german car specialist for under $700 with premium parts better than what Firestone was going to use. This place is a rip off.
THIS Firestone "Complete Auto Care" truly lived up to its name. I felt that they professionally understood and took care of most of my requests in a very friendly manner. Would have given 5 stars, but they were unable to amend a repair from another Firestone Complete Auto Care which was coming undone. So, I now have to go back to that shop to ask for a remedy.
