Paul and Anthony are truly great. They've both been here as long as I've lived in Nashville. They're pleasant, easy to work with, and if something goes wrong, they are ON it to make sure I'm taken care of. I wouldn't necessarily say I'm loyal to Firestone - its a massive brand all over the place. But I AM loyal to Paul and Anthony, and this location. These guys are all absolute top tier. Since moving to TN I've supported local small businesses. Often times are not open on the weekends or their hours are very limited. I had a tire and possible suspension issue come up on Saturday. The only place I knew was open was Firestone. Even though I didn't have an appointment they got to me promptly, diagnosed the problem and were able to complete the repairs within a couple of hours. I went in and was immediately greeted. They answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I was able to walk out with 4 brand tires and an alignment for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend
I've been using Firestone here in Dickson for over 2 years for both my vehicles. They always do a outstanding job.
