I came in today to just get my oil changed. I left with a bill of $105 because they performed a diagnostic without telling me. I only wanted my oil changed because I have my own mechanic to diagnose any issues I have with my vehicle. It's a 2005 Camry, I'm not trying to pay $100 for an oil change on a car that's over 20 years old. I recently had the opportunity to visit the Firestone in Dickson, TN twice in a 6-week period. I had a flat and needed a tire replacement, booked an appointment for the wrong store, and when I showed up they still found a way to fit me in. Very understanding and professional. Six weeks later, another flat tire on a completely different tire and they were again very helpful and professional; will definitely be returning for service.

They always find time to work with my schedule and what's best for me. The wait time isn't that long, and no one else touches the oil in my truck. Also, they don't try to sell me things that I don't need!

The manager, Anthony, and everyone else I've had the pleasure of working with at the Dickson location are just awesome. This visit was for a tire that was losing air. I needed to be worked in in between church and closing time. They were able to do that, finding some strange piece of plastic lodged in my tire, while working in another lady who had to get to some appointments east of town and taking care of customers that were already being helped.
