I do wish there were a full staff and walk in oil changes. I would use them more often for sure for quick fixes!
So I've been using Firestone for alignment, tires , really just basic stuff( mostly because I do the work myself) for years and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with any of them. This location was a different experience entirely. The staff was very helpful and I feel they did me a favor. Went in for an alignment and turned out I had other issues, and they were real issues. You get what you pay for!...impeccable customer service, solid, proven reputation..just spend the money and get the job done right...was it top dollar? Yes..but I'm secure with the knowledge they stand behind their work. Plus they have to have a high bar for hiring, they cannot afford for someone to ruin their reputation. it's a competitive business....and people read reviews....I'll never go anywhere else to save money....because in the long run..shoddy work isn't saving us anything.
These people are my heroes! Pleasant, professional, great service. Definitely my go-to for my auto care.
They never have any time available. I pick a time and the guy calls every single time and says they are to busy.. Requesting a time is such a joke, I obviously need work done now, not in 3 days.
