I took my car here for an inspection for some suspension concerns. The inspection showed I needed a lot of suspension work as well as my valve gasket seal replaced since it was leaking. Cannot get in contact with anybody above store level, no calls back, no assistance. - Will Remove review when somebody higher than store manager contacts me. I have left multiple messages, talked to the store manager, and been given the run around multiple times. The store admitted they did something incorrect, now they are playing the run around game to getting it resolved. We have attempted to contact everybody that we can with zero help.
CONSUMERS BEWARE!! Dropped my truck off for an oil change, tire repair and anything else due per manufacturer. When I picked up my truck, tire pressure was still low, same tire as before. When I asked why tire was low Chance told me that the numbers would update while driving. He checked pressure and sure enough it was still flat! When I asked how the same tire was low if they rotated them he was silent. They said they rotated them on paperwork. Bought replacement tires for my ford fusion. The tires were worn to 2/32" at 36k miles on a 65k rated tire. The salesman told me they would not give me much for the warranty on the tires (said about $12 a tire). He gave me a different discount of $181. Looked up the warranty, it should have been 45% of the current price of the tires (181 x 45% = $81 per tire or $325 total).
