Took my vehicle there for an engine tune up, a/c system inspection and to check a rattle that was coming from the driver’s side wheel. They were receptive and efficient and had it done the same day. When I came back to pick my car up, they had it ready to go. I drove it off the lot, still noticed the rattle and brought it right back. Amazing and fast service.
Today I picked up some road debris in a tire. They got me right in and got my vehicle roadworthy quickly. The lot was full, so I expected a long wait. That was definitely not the case. My car was going into a bay before I even got settled in the air-conditioned waiting area.
I called this place as my last resort since it was a bit further away than some of the other mechanics around me in johnstown, and i was worried about ruining my engine if I drove too far with it getting so hot. I called and explained what was happening and I was just told “The sooner you come the sooner we can look at it.” no appointment, just a walk in and i was only there for maybe 4 hours total.
