would not patch my tire (remove a screw) due to the tread depth being just under 3/32nds. told my warranty was invalid because the tires were never rotated at Firestone (I had them rotated at the dealership with the oil change).
Hunter was friendly, he helped put air into my tire and let me know which tires to get the next time I come in! Great customer service
The shop was quick and efficient and Hunter was a great help.
