I brought my BMW X5 in for an oil change and specifically asked what type of oil they were going to use. I was told they were going to use a Full Synthetic Euro oil; however, I asked to see one of the bottles as they were filling it up and they used a Full Synthetic SRT oil (which is specifically designed for Chrysler, domestic engines).
