This one is hit or miss. I had a 4:00 pm appointment for an alignment which I dropped the truck off well before and at 5:15 it was still where I parked it. I understand lunch breaks and whatnot, but over an hour an it’s still in the same spot?!?!? Just because I said I wasn’t in a hurry doesn’t mean I should be stuck waiting all evening.
Second time here to have a 2017 Mini Cooper (f54) aligned. Lifetime alignment on the car through Firestone. Second time they couldn't do the rear alignment because they lack the tool to do it. Last time they said it was close enough, but in the red on the sheet. Premature Inside tire wear on the rear from that. Actually was given a bunk reason this time that they 'had to loosen the rear subframe' to do it. It's not an expensive tool, anyone can purchase it, it's available from $25-$100 and it's not a crazy or weird process. ... read more
Brought flat tire down to shop first thing in morning the bays were full, and everybody seemed busy. Was expecting a long day, but they got right to her tire and had us out the door within the hour Super good service.
What an incredible place this is! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and prices literally could not be beat! This was my first time here and I will continue being a regular for now on that’s how good these guys are!
