Great group of dudes from my experience. I needed the wheels on my 4runner rotated & balanced in a timely fashion. These guys got me in and out of there as promised.
I went in to put 3 new tires on my truck. Pros: they didn't high pressure me into 4 tires, just recommended it (which i ended up putting the rest on after). the first one was quick and easy. i went back to do the other 2 and the first time was a long wait so i left and set an appointment for the next day. then i arrive on time and it takes almost 1 hr 1/2 to put 2 tires on. the old guy gave me a discount, free oil change and apologized so kudos to him. i thin he's understaffed. but the young guy left my tire key hanging on t... read more
I was hopeful because I been to other locations and had great service and won't be going back here because I made an appointment for just an oil change got there 15 minutes early and it took forever. They pull the car in then didn't touch it for over an hour. After 2 hours of waiting then they didn't go over anything with me just got an email with suggestions service. I been to other places as a walk in and got faster and better service.
