My friend and I made an appointment and drove 30 min to be turned away up to the truck being “too big”. We asked about doing the job with a floor jack and we were told they are not certified. I run a tire shop in Lakewood and I’ve never heard such an excuse. The guy was rude and very short. This was a waste of time and fuel.
If no stars were an option, I would. Run away from this train wreck at all costs. They will charge for things that do not need work, lose feet cards, go in for a scheduled appointment, you better hope they have staff that day, or you will wait 5 hours. Had to change my tire in the parking lot because their Jack's can't lift one tire. McDonald's of auto repair.
They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Got me in and out on a super busy Sunday!
I show up at 4 o'clock to get an oil change. No cars are in the garage. They close at 5 but yet they can't get me into. Do an oil change if they had 0 stars. I would give him a 0. Sounds like they don't even want to be here. Probably the way probably the worst place I've ever been to wouldn't recommend it unless you wanna hear excuses.
