We were on a road trip from Wisconsin to Utah ….our car engine light 💡 and message popped up so we drove to the Firestone Auto Shop to ask if they could possibly look at the car. Zachary said he could hook up a code reader right away to check the messages. He even took the time to look up the year and model for additional information. Man this place saved me hours of time, I had a tire that I needed help with, it unfortunately got a pretty big slice in it. I was dreading being told it would take hours, but I was lucky enough to have David answer the phone and he told me to bring it over and he would get me taken care of right away. It was easy to book an appointment. Even though I showed up early they got my vehicle in for alignment quickly and serviced quickly. The guys were very helpful!
