I recently visited Firestone Complete Auto Care near my neighborhood and had a disappointing experience. The receptionist, Molly, spoke with an attitude that felt rude and dismissive, almost like she wasn’t talking to a customer. The interaction felt forced and unprofessional. They performed an inspection and gave me several repair recommendations.
