I was able to get my car into the shop and repaired the same day. I was made aware of the issue, the projected time for the service and given an upfront accurate estimate of the cost. The service manager was very kind and listened to my description of the problem, taking notes for the technician who would perform the work. Jason was very professional, friendly and handled the issue well, providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Firestone location for quality automotive care.
I came in on a Sunday with a flat and they fixed me up so quickly and such great people! Thanks Jason and team I appreciate you guys!
