Riley was incredibly helpful, fast, and professional, getting me back on the road when I needed it most. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and they went above and beyond to help with my tire emergency. Highly recommend this shop
When in yesterday for a wheel alignment, did a terrible job steering wheel is not straight just sad
Many thanks to the employees who took good care of me. I feared I would need a new tire, or at the very least a temporary plug, but I was assured the screw in my tire did not puncture it. The screw was removed at no charge. Honesty like that will keep me coming back.
Store Manager Jason really took care of my wife. She had a screw in her tire and he fixed it. Comfort in knowing Firestone has employees who care about their patrons.
Taking care of my auto needs as always, in & out just like that... This time i had a small oil leak cause the filter wasn't tighly secured on, but they fixed it right up, quick & easy...
