No any issues for the service execution, my only concern is that the belt which was as a part of the replacements doesn't realistically match to the price, not even close to any current marketplaces prices. The markup for the belt was triple and the service was expensive, I understand if a mechanic could spend 2 hours installing a serpentine belt that usually takes 5 minutes but I paid $145 for this service. So i think no need to expect to get transparency & honesty.
Honest staff who provides clear and precise explanation to repairs and recommended repairs.
Really happy with the service (battery replacement)- was much quicker than anticipated and Firestone kept us appraised the progress. Was less happy with the attempt to upsell tires.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. I do most of the work on my own vehicles but take them here for things I cannot do on my own. I've had work done on multiple vehicles here and have always been satisfied with the services performed.
