I was at the bank next door and figured I'd stop by to see if I could get my state inspection taken care of. If you are looking for GOOD PEOPLE, HONEST and HELPFUL mechanics and staff, THIS IS THE PLACE!! My big kids live in the area and if we need any future repairs or maintenance, we will be coming here! Consider us CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE! We have a sprinter van and travel in it full time so getting repairs and things looked at can be a huge challenge. Yesterday evening my daughter's low tire light lit up on her way home from work. We got to this Firestone location one minute before closing and walked in to see if they could help. Austin told us they had already started shutting down for the day etc. However, he took stock of our situation, told us he would stay late and fix my daughter's tire and did just that!
