The manager Jason is a liar. I went and got an estimate and had my mechanic son look over everything. I was told I didn’t need anything on the list for my car and my brake were only 50% worn. I called to see what they had to say and he said my master mechanic son didn’t know what he was talking about and was rude.. basically calling him a liar.Jason is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with and dishonest
Left part loose on suspension during alignment that caused permanent damage to vehicle. Jason the manager refuses to accept responsibility and was rude and aggressive.. when I brought car back

Outstanding customer service. I called ahead and set up time to tow vehicle. Dropped off for a diagnostic. Checked everything and confirmed issue upfront on my 1997 jeep and were honest about cost. Completed big job in a day. Very satisfied with everything start to finish.
Great staff and office managers at the Coppell, I want to believe there is humanity in the world, and if I could have fix the problem myself I would . I have been bringing my vehicle there for years now. In fact, its the only place I brought my vehicle to be service. This place must reported for the incompetency, and the lack of skilled service staff. After barely addressing the problem, they charged me over $2,000 and told me to bring it to the dealership.
