Staff explained everything very simply, they were friendly. Facility was clean. My vehicle was completed at the time as was told it would be.
The Service Manager (Davit Metsoyan) at 1035 W West Covina Pkwy is absolutely an awesome guy. After I complained about the quality of the tire sensor being replaced, he showed his understanding and replaced it with a better one. I was not just satisfied, I was extremely satisfied.
The store lost my wheel lock which I had a hard time replacing. Went there for wheel alignment and tire rotation, received my car back with all 4 tires in different tire pressures.
The service was fast and they kept me updated on my vehicle
Just book appointment for every visit you will be ok don't come in and expect to be done in time with no appointment
