Richard and Tony were great got my tire in and fixed quickly. Would recommend good customer service and through inspection.
Came in for an oil change before, it was great no issues. I called ahead someone answered the phone and said just to shoe up. My second go around not so great. I called ahead several times, no one answers the phone. So say I'll just drive there and get in line. I'm waiting in line like 10 minutes and then an employee comes out ask if I have an appointment which I said I do not and shared with him I tried several times calling ahead and there was no answer and with a lot of attitude says "THATS NOT HOW YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT... read more
Great service and very friendly people especially Mr. Richard the service advisor. The service advisor Mr. RICHARD was awesome. He is so courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, customer friendly, patience, understanding, and very professional. Our daughter and I love him so much. Definitely will come back to get our cars serviced here and be waited by Richard. He is “The best in the West” :) Try it and you’ll see for yourself …… Go Richard Go! The Manager and Staff of the West Covina store were very nice, knowledgeable and provided me the information and service I needed to get my car fixed. I Love that Firestone is open both Saturday and Sunday. I Love Firestone hours. It makes it so convenient to get my car fixed with my busy schedule. Thank You for the Great Customer Service. I feel safe on the roads with peace of mind.
Best customer service from any car shop. They are very helpful and make you feel at ease. While waiting, I observed how customer came in with problems that required immediate attention that this Firestone was able to assure them they can resolve their issues. Good job ya'll!
