Corey and his team were great! I was headed to lunch and got a warning that my air pressure was really low. I pulled in without an appointment and they squeezed me in right away. They fixed the tire within an hour, and it cost half of what I expected it would. First time customer but I will definitely return.
I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Lorain, I was greeted by Chris and Gene and they were so nice! Gene came out and looked at my car and had it fixed and taken care of within 25 min! They were so kind to me and made me feel assured I was in the right place! The best Firestone I’ve been to! Definitely going back to Gene and Chris in the future for car problems!
Chris was amazing in helping me get going back on the road. Worked with me to make sure everything was done and done right. Very competitive pricing !
