Lorain Leavitt Rd Firestone has become one of the worse mechanic shops around. My husband and I have used them for several years, and the service continues to decline. We started using them because of the convenient location. Convenience can not replace quality. If you don't need your vehicle for work, travel and routine day to day routines, and have the ability to let them keep your vehicle for days and weeks at a time then Leavitt Rd Firestone is the place.
Workers are nice, great communication, and got everything fixed perfect for me!
