Terrible service. Would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. Complete waste of time. Initially called to get a patch on my tire due to a screw going through it. I specified I had put a temporary patch in to get my vehicle home and asked if they could put in a real patch from the interior. They said to take the tire off and bring it on in, no problem. We worked with Gene, He was extremely helpful in solving the issue with our vehicle, the service we had done reveled a secondary problem, started with an oil change and detected a coolant leak in the heat exchanger in the exhaust pipe (a prius exclusive) which was beyond the scope and tool range of the firestone crew. Gene did the research and sent us to the dealer with information that help us get our vehicle serviced with the confidence that the dealership was not trying to upsell anything we didn't need.
