The front of store managers are very easy to talk to about the vehicle issues at hand, never pushy, and I have walked out this store with a smile at least feeling like I'm truly being taken care of and I paid a fair price. Recent repairs went well, staff I believed to be up front and helpful on what needed to done and why, plus provided some of their insight on other minor issues. Thank you Firestone Team for helping me protect my family with your excellent work.
Happy with my service. Seemed to take a little longer than other people who arrived at the same time but all in all I had a good experience.
Horrible place of business.
Roman and Ed always provide top tier service everytime I come in to Firestone whether I have an issue or I just need to get new tires. They are both upfront and honest about what my car needs and what can wait until later given prices are what they are, and they always make sure to let me know that they do have financing options for different things to reassure me that they are always there to help. It's always a pleasure to come in and know that my car is in good hands.
