I had an all day experience with the Firestone service center in Northlake. Fortunately everything went as well as it could have gone thanks to Ray Williams. We had to diagnose the problems, order some parts, and then fix the problems. Ray kept me informed of the process and was empathetic to my plight. Our experience at the Northlake location was great! The manager Ray was very kind and polite, as well as knowledgeable. We were able to get our car serviced without any issues . We will definitely be back to this location! Thanks again!
Just want to thank the Manager Ray at the Firstone at North Lake Center Parkway For a great experience! Been there twice so far toget work done on our Vehicle. Ray and his staff went over and beyond to check and fix everything thing needed! Ray customer service was top notch. Not just with me but with all the customers that was coming in.
