They very nice people I get thier and I have a flat tire they change it with my spare and they didn't even charge me I will come back again to fix my car here because they are very good people
Driving in the area and I get a nail stuck in my tire! 😲. Not ready to buy new tires at the moment, they plugged the tire. $21. And didn't attempt to pressure me about buying new ones. Simple quick and easy! A++
Delt with Jamie and he failed to tell me that they did not have an air filter so he ordered it making my wait time another hour. He should have let me make the choice since I had an appointment clearly I had things to do. He was not apologetic or anything. Won’t be back to this location
Besides me waiting about 30mins after my vehicle was finish, Firestone has great service.
