I’ve been here over 3 hours just to purchase a new set of tires for my car. I was told over an hour ago that it would be 30 more minutes! I scheduled an appointment at 12 noon over a week ago. They gave me the appointment. I was here on time. I asked them if they had the tires in stock that I want and they said yes. I made an appointment to have my wheels aligned. I arrived 10 minutes early and they signed me in quickly. My car was serviced immediately and I left without a problem. The wheel alignment was N/C as Firestone had sold me on a Lifetime Alignment special. Way to upsell.
