Got a flat on the freeway. Tom acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. Needed a tire replacement: Tom said it would be a little before they could change it. Tom went above and beyond and put the spare tire on for me so I could get to work. He called me two hours later letting me know the tire was done and I could stop back by. He then pulled it directly into the bay and I was on my way in 10 min. Thank you Tom for your amazing customer service I am very happy I came to this shop. I had mail sent to Firestone..per ebay lockers.. only they don't have lockers there.. Timmy the service tech held my mail there.. until I came to pick it up.. they didn't have to do that...shout out to you & thank you Tim.. James
