Had a very good experience at the store. The service was very good and will definitely recommend this location to all.
Mission imposible: Firestone is going down the hill. I went a week ago to the location in Wylie I got my appointment. After 2 hours by car was parked in the same place I left it. I went back to the store to inquiry about my car. They were too busy. I don’t think the appointment system works properly. I left without having the wheel alignment. I took my car for a rotation yesterday and they made my car dirty without cleaning it. I bought 4 tires for $1,600 ten months ago. The tires had 80,000 miles warranty and I’ve only driven 20,000 miles since I bought it. They told me yesterday that i needed to replace 3 tires already and it would cost me an additional $811– this is the prorated rate.
