I came in to get my AC fixed under a CarMax warranty and they checked my AC for about an 80% discount and then they rolled all the fees into my deductible. They were patient with the process of talking to the warranty company and they fixed the car very quickly. My AC blows cold and I have a warranty on the parts. Thanks GP Firestone for being perennial professionals!!
Couldn't resolve my problem,but were very courteous when telling me.
Love Firestone- but beware this is the worst location. My car has had more problems leaving this place than coming in. I had a coolant fluid exchange, and they completely drained it without refilling it. I was on the side of the road with an overheating car (no there are no leaks). Just bone dry. Very unsatisfied with their service and their very poor work quality on the occasions that I have been a customer .Also, they do not check fluid levels or perform any of the courtesy checks.
I had my car repaired for car converter and they left a gap I asked them to review and they stated it was something else. I took it to another shop and they stated that it was loose. I had to pay a new place to replace what they didn’t do correct the first time.
