Initially, I went to the Firestone in Duncanville that we have always gone and have gotten excellent services. However, due to the a/c mechanic out on leave, the store Manager Marquese referred us the Firestone 3720 West Camp Wisdom. Horrible experience!! They didn't even address my concern but gave me a page of things we needed done. And they complained that they had to go through my car warranty. We bought the car there Monday am and they kept it until Tuesday to diagnosis it. Did not hear from them again until Friday. aft... read more
Made an online appointment for a state inspection and was in and out the door in 30 min. Dealer ship down the road said I needed an alignment and the front desk clerk assured and showed me my vehicle did not in fact need one and was just trying to up charge me. Will be back for all my future car needs!
