What is the use in making an appointment when they keep you waiting and waiting past the appointment time. Makes no sense. I'm fixing to go somewhere else for my car somewhere that will actually help me and not ignore me. I have things to do and places to be that is why I made an appointment. They finally got to our car and now it pulls real hard to the right it wasn't doing it before I took it to them for an alignment i told them about it and they said they would look at it Saturday heck no i won't let them touch it again. ... read more
