Replacement of battery!
They told me I needed some work done and when I brought it to my trusted auto body shop they told me I didn't need to get that work done. I'm very disappointed that they would not let me get my lifetime alignment because I said I need to get specific work done but it didn't need to be done.
Not only did they do what I needed done they did a complete check of all my tires and systems and recommended what needs addressed. Meaning my 60,000 miles are coming up and they put out on paper what needs to be done. That makes me very comfortable knowing they mean complete auto care. Very satisfied.Very courteous, extremely friendly and took care of me like I was family, no BS. Thank you.
Pulled up to this store seeing that closed at 6:45 and was hoping for a miracle. The shop closes at 7 and there was absolutely no one there except for one guy named Jack. Jack was not gonna do anyone favors. he looked tired and frustrated. I asked for a favor of just putting air into a motorcycle tire and this Was his response. "Uh, sir we don't do that" what? put air in tires.
