I was in Bentonville for the 4th and had my radiator break. I took it into the shop and Jacob (I think is his name) was super helpful and worked all day, along with other mechanics, to replace the radiator and cooling fan so that I could get back on the road and make it home to catch a flight. I can't thank the guys at this store enough for how they helped me out. Honest work and transparency goes a long way in this world, so I'm grateful I took my car to this shop.
A bit pricey, but they don't waste my time like other places that are always out of stock with oil filters. Jacob is always friendly, even when I don't have an appointment. The guys here are nice and actually helpful.
Recently took my vehicle there for the first time for all tires sensor replacement. They were very friendly, did a great job, didn't charge me any extra fees above their quote, and got it done on time. Very happy with the experience. Thank you so much to Kevin, Jacob C, and Jacob S. Awesome and knowledgeable people!!! Thumbs up!!
