Took my car to them to get ac charged that was working ok but not great. After their unknowledgable workers touched it I have no ac at all. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Paid 75$ for them to make my car have no ac. Then they give you a appraisal saying to give them 236$ to get 1oz charge and let them recheck everything. Found out today the same thing happened to baby momma last year at the same Firestone location.

They were actually able to get me in on a Saturday and they did a speedy AC unit service, solved the issue I've had for years and were very communicative throughout the whole process.

I paid for a Complete Vehicle Inspection because my vehicle was shaking while driving and the vibration increased with speed. Unfortunately, I left without a clear answer about what was actually causing the problem. What was even more frustrating is that during a previous Firestone inspection in Kent, Ohio, I was told that my lower control arm needed replacement. I never had that repair performed. I asked for a specific service and not only did they not do it, they lied to my face when I asked about it. This is why people dont trust mechanics....dont take your car here. Guess when there wasnt a wait, I should've known why....
