I was able to set an appointment the morning of. They got me in very smoothly. Although I didn’t wait I could have very well waited and the alignment would’ve been completed in enough time for me to make it back before my hr lunch break was over.
I got my car repaired and returned to me the same day without an appointment. I appreciate that they explained everything that needed to be done so that i understood what parts were needed and how they affected how the car operated.
Dan Harding, Dashon Harris, Ron (goes by Ron) took care of my car and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. My car went in for oil change, alignment, tire rotation, and the $10 inspection. They found 2 issues and helped me find a future solution without pushing me towards any decisions. Definitely a great team they have here at Middletown DE Firestone location. Costumer service is A1 (5 stars). They had me in and out within a hour and half. I will be back!
This place is awesome! I have a Model S that was having alignment issues and they helped me get everything in order. It drives perfectly now! The team installed my new tires and wheels with care as well. I definitely appreciate the great service! My near by go to spot!
