Totally insane labor charges. Prices on parts where extensively marked up perhaps 35%
The customer service I've experienced there has always been excellent!
I stopped at the Firestone in Sarasota on Stickney Point Rd to replace my windshield wipers. I asked if he could install the wipers for me. The manager couldn't have been nicer. He asked if I had had my car serviced there before (I had just been at another Firestone a couple of weeks prior for a flat tire). He not only installed them for me, but didn't even charge for the wipers! I sheepishly accepted!
