Air machine blew the stem off my tire and Thank God Firestone was across the street! The Store Attendant helped me change the tire and provided options for buying a new set (odd sized tire gotta get the okay from my husband. I will be back! Thanks Firestone!

Quality service was exceptional
I had this franchised Firestone tire and repair shop replace a power steering hose along with a upper radiator hose and the bill came to $900 . That's not good and excessive in price. They get their parts from auto zone. I should have just gone over to the base hobby shop for the upper radiator hose which is easily accessible and saved $500 ! AAFEES, do you know what your vendors are up to? I can't recommend them. 2 star for poor value.
