Total Crooks!!! I took my 2006 vehicle here for an inspection and a headlight replacement. I was told that I needed a new tie rod in order for the vehicle to pass inspection and that there was "a lot of play" in my steering. WHAT A JOKE!!! In the meantime I called around and found out that they were trying to WAY overcharge me. Needless to say I refused to have them fix it and therefore my vehicle "failed" inspection. Not a very satisfied customer... I needed an inspection and new tires, so I went to this Firestone to get it all done in one shot. They attempted to overcharge me for a side lightbulb replacement, so I haggled a bit to bring down the price. They also made me come back TWICE for a particular part - something they realized after they started working on my car.
