Wonderful service. Dan was very helpful. Got a new tire ordered and installed, and my spare put back under my car in less than an hour. Definitely recommend this store.
The service itself seemed fine at the time, but I recently discovered, four months later, when the spare was needed. But my spare tire had not been put back in my vehicle properly, if at all, after my visit. This is a serious oversight that left me stranded in an emergency. What was even more disappointing was the lack of assistance when I contacted them about the issue. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve it, I received little to no support.
