Recommended5 stars. Rob and Russ are very helpful. Been using this location for years. I have locations closer to me but always travel to this one. Excellent service and they do all they can to get you out as cheaply as possible while delivering great care. Customer for life!

Scheduled a state inspection for my 2009 3/4 ton Suburban over the phone. Told them it was all I needed and that it didn't require an emissions test. I sent my wife up there with it at the scheduled time. They once again tried to sell her the emission test, it's not required on 3/4 ton vehicles in this county. After that they tried to sell her a coolant flush and said it was needed. I personally put a new engine in this vehicle 15,000 miles ago, along with all new coolant. Amazing customer service. Found the issue with my tire right away that the dealer said they couldn't find.
Overall, it was a good experience. I didn't like that I made and 11:00 AM appointment, and they still had not started my car at noon. Once they got it in, it went pretty quick. I bought tires, and believe I got a good deal...
Over the past year every single time I'd take my car to Firestone to get something done I get it back incomplete, or something new stopped working after they had my car: My radio, AC, my third brake light. This time when my heat was apparently fixed, the cover was not put back on, I walked right back in and told them and they put it back on.
