Deceptively added ~$500 in unnecessary or extremely overpriced services. - $300 was for overpriced 2x bulb replacement and 2x filter replacement. Considering how quick bulbs are to swap out, they must be doing the job blindfolded for it to take long enough to rack up $190 in labor costs for two bulbs. - They also added an oil change despite being only half-way to both the recommended oil change date and mileage, for about $80 which is the most expensive oil change I've ever seen. My car was too low to clear their alignment rack. Hillary called another location and was able to get an appointment in 15 minutes. Great customer service!
Amazing service and warranties, I went to 4 different tire shops to work on getting new tires. All of the shops wanted me to wait for a couple of business days to get the tires and didn’t seem eager to help. When I arrived at Firestone yesterday evening, not only two hours before closing. Bryan was so helpful and was like I don’t have the tires in stock, but I’ll get them for you in an hour and have your car ready by 7pm at closing. Bryan Torres did a fantastic job on making sure we were taking care of. We called and visited 4 different places in town. Goodyear, Walmart, Casias tire shop, discount tire, pep boys and one other place my partner called and all of them terrible customer service. NO BODY CARE!! Bryan took the time to take care of much needed car care. Next day came back for an oil change for our other car and Hillary Boatwright the manager she is fantastic as well. We made sure to tell her. Told the guy I was trying to diagnose myself to figure out the issue with Google. While taking my keys he literally told me "oh don't tell me that, when customers tell me that I charge whatever" proceeded to fix nothing and charge $1,400.
