RecommendedCustomer Service was awesome. Every request was handled in order. The advisor was helping a customer and the phone rang.He answered the phone ,asked the customers to hold on. He returned to assist the customer in the store. While helping the in store customer Number 1. Customer number 2 walks in as he was wrapping up with customer 1. He informed customer 2 that he will be right with him as he picked up the phone to assist the caller. My service was exceptional.

I’ve been coming to Firestone for over 15 years after waiting almost 4 hours to get a simple tire repair that was off the vehicle when I brought it to them I will never go back.
The mechanic Micheal was awesome and efficient. He managed to solve my problem with my AC unit in a timely manner. I give him a Five star rating for customer service too.
My husband took my truck in for an oil change today. Appointment was scheduled for 1pm, and he was waiting on it. NO other customers in the waiting area. 45 minutes later my truck still hasn't been taken back, and they tell him it's going to be AT LEAST another hour. He says that's unacceptable, and only then do they even take my truck back to start on it. Counter employee tells him he can contact the manager tomorrow. The manger should call HIM not the other way around. Horrible customer service.

To Will and his crew there tonight!!! You made what could have been a bad night great. Bolt in my tire unable to be patched and you worked me in at 6:30 after an hour of battling traffic to get there. You guys are the best!

Can I give 0 stars? Really appreciate not getting a call about my car and you closing...Needed my car back to go home. Now I've got to get a ride back to my place and get stuff to stay overnight at my parents place so I can come back to your store in the morning. Dropped my car off just after 2 for an oil change, and 5th brake inspection, bc when your shop replaced my brakes (twice) they continue to screech all year around.
