They to slow i never got my oil changed it was taken to long
I was there today for an oil change. I made an appointment the day before and when I called was told it would cost $25 for an oil change and my appointment was at 11 a.m. No one mentioned that my oil change would cost twice as much if my car has over 100,000 miles until it was already done and I had to pay. No one mentioned that even though I had an appointment I wouldn't be seen for over an hour. Now I am going to be stuck at work an extra hour late because of Firestone... I will absolutely not be giving my business to Fire... read more
VERY RUDE!! DARREN WAS VERY UNPLEASANT! THEY DID NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS AT FIRST BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSE TO CLOSING. DARREN MENTIONED HIS CHILDREN WAS WAITING FOR HIM AT HOME AND HIS TONE WAS NOT FRIENDLY. THE FACILITY WAS NOT CLEAN. WE WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR PROFESSION THEN CHANGE IT. IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE PUBLIC THEN TAKE YOUR ASS HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
