The overall appearance of store looks run down. Windows dirty. Exterior very junkie looking. Garbage enclosures broken down. Firestone training building looks abandoned. Leased space left unattended with garbage enclosure full of junk. Send a regional representative here too address the appearance of store. Disappointing.

I brought my car in today to have four new tires installed and for an alignment. After I picked it up and was driving away, I checked the tire pressure. The tires were inflated to four different pressures. I thought maybe that was because they were new. I drove about 15 miles And pulled over and did a reset. It was the same numbers. They range from 28 to 38. So I went got some air and even them out. As I was doing so I noticed that only two of the four valve caps were there.
