Firestone is great for tires, alignments, and small fixes. However, I have tried them for 3 major fixes and 2 required multiple trips back, and both required another mechanic to repair. I reported this to Firestone corporate and never heard anything back. Update 8/2026: took my 2014 Explorer in for a grinding noise, vibration, and just felt weird driving it... the next day they had it done, broken motor cradle/mount, and my car is driving great again!

Trust is a really big issue with us. We trust all of the staff at Payson Firestone. Over the past couple years, we have purchased sets of tires from them. It is now A long-term relationship.

I came in with a low tire pressure light, Thomas found a nail in my tire. I stated I didn't have the funds for the patch job and Jason the manager still patched it up no charge. Thank you so much very appreciated!
