Being a military family it was always important to have our vehicles serviced by a company that is nationwide. Reason being is that if for some reason we needed to activate a warranty on work performed, the mechanic shop would be close. That happened today with the Firestone on Hurlburt field. Shoutout to Jeff for helping getting things done expeditiously ..
Jeff and his team were quick, professional, and great communicators. I appreciated their patience in explaining the issue with my car and how knowledgeable they were with the estimate.
Online appointment worked as advertised. I stopped in about 20 minutes before my appointment just to talk with someone and confirm my appointment and what was supposed to be done. I was told they didn't have the tires I needed, but did have a slightly wider set in stock at no extra cost. I felt like the people there were on my side.
