While I am already a Firestone fan and lifelong customer, this visit was extra eventful. The team at this location took AMAZING care of me and my car. Arrived later in the day on Saturday with an overheating engine. They were able to get in and diagnose the situation before close to let me know what happened and give me the chance to make an informed decision about what to do next.
