variable experience – i would not say this firestone location is excellent in its service, but they are not the worst either..i have used another firestone on champion forest drive that is so-so, and i have used a dealership (demontrond) that was horrible,and a few other service centers...it all depends on their mechanics and what they find is wrong with your car..any service center is going to sell you whatever, because thats their job..they dont just do oil changes..what matters is the sincerity of the employees and the co... read more
Wow – We went here for some services a few times. The manager is a very rude and needs a major attitude adjustment. They also recommended all of the things that we felt were unnecessary. We will never use another Firestone again because of how this guy acts and the way they recommended all that . Their prices are expensive and I think they just want to make a buck off of someone, really.
