We had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced same day--a Sunday. We tried several places, but none had the right size. Firestone didn't have it either, but Ariana went out of her way to help us find another tire place that could help us. She also put the donut on for us and swapped it with a right-sized rear tire to make it safer to drive. She would accept no payment. Her kindness and very competent help meant a lot to us, especially because we were not local. Thanks, Ariana!
If you are looking at the reviews, you must have some doubt —go with your gut and avoid this place. I tested it out and it cost me $650 and my car was in worse condition. I had doubts that they resolved my problems because my ABS light was still on—-but they promised and guaranteed it was safe and fixed. They said I just had to drive it 50-100 miles and the light would magically go off. It did not go off after 100 miles so I returned it giving them a chance to resolve the issue again. Every single problem my car has started after I brought my car there for the first since I moved to Carlisle about 7 months ago. The worst mistake I made was to go back to them and pay them for issues that they caused. This was my worse experience ever, I would never step foot into this place again. I do not recommend that place any service at all.
