This Firestone Location fit me in on a Friday afternoon and got new tires on the wheels for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Jon was great to work with who is the manager there. I strongly recommend using these guys.
Appointment was set up quickly and started on time. The staff were courteous and friendly. The inspection report on my vehicle showed areas of concern that I welcomed.
Firestone personnel at this location reflected the true experience I have had other great Firestone service station I have gone to. Please keep in mind that I am military and have been to many service stations outside of the dealership and found Firestone has great standards.V/R Mike
Good place to service my cars, always 👍 good
i sceduled an appointment with them one day in advance where i was told to bring my car in at 8:00am and it woud be done around 10:00 am. I did as i was instructed, dropped off the keys and returned at 10 only to see my car untouched. I call a few shops, promply had my keys returned and drove 6 minutes around the corner to mavis where they started working on the car immediatley.
