I am traveling from Ohio to New York and I had a flat tire in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 1. Employees were nicer in person than they were on the phone 2. Women’s bathroom is more than disgusting. It seems like the bathroom has never been cleaned. Gross! 3. Employee gave a good estimate of our should be done. Hopefully, I won’t have any issues getting to New York and back home to Ohio. The worst service of my life. They did my brakes, and I was driving with badly done brakes, putting my life at risk for days. When I went back to have them check it, they gave me a bad attitude and didn’t even want to fix it. Later, they told me it was normal. I had to go to another mechanic, who told me my life was in danger because of those poorly done brakes, and they had to fix them. I had to pay extra money. The AI assisted scheduling worked flawlessly and the Firestone franchise called me back promptly on a Saturday. I was able to get the work done while waiting in the showroom and I was given the price before work was started. I do not know how competitive their price is as I did not shop this around.
They honored my appointment time and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. Great professional service.
