i sceduled an appointment with them one day in advance where i was told to bring my car in at 8:00am and it woud be done around 10:00 am. I did as i was instructed, dropped off the keys and returned at 10 only to see my car untouched. I call a few shops, promply had my keys returned and drove 6 minutes around the corner to mavis where they started working on the car immediatley.
I took my wife’s car in to get the AC fixed because it was blowing lukewarm air. They said they will get back to me with a price. The person from the shop called me and told me it was going to be 540ish dollars. It was more than I wanted to spend but I also could understand I wasn’t going to be cut any breaks due to me being probably deemed an “emergency” and I wasn’t jumping the waiting list… but I needed the work done. These guys honored a great price on tires from another location. They did a great job with my vehicle and then again with my son's car. As long as they keep treating us well and finding us great deals, we will be back.
