I am traveling from Ohio to New York and I had a flat tire in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 1. Employees were nicer in person than they were on the phone 2. Women’s bathroom is more than disgusting. It seems like the bathroom has never been cleaned. Gross! 3. Employee gave a good estimate of our should be done. Hopefully, I won’t have any issues getting to New York and back home to Ohio.
