This place is an absolute joke. Took my 6.7 Power Stroke F350 Super Duty in for a tire patch and tpms sensor replacement. Had an appointment scheduled for noon. I had dropped off the truck and keys after trying to explain the services requested. The service advisor Arianna initially told me on the phone that TPMS were out of stock for my vehicle. The service advisor was extremely helpful and the techs do great work. Everything was completed extremely well and in the timeframe they promised. I had to fight with the warranty company and dealership to get my repair covered and these guys were extremely helpful.
I brought my car on November 3, 2025, because the check engine light and traction light were both on. They performed a diagnostic, and issues with the fuel injection system and spark plugs triggered the check engine and traction lights. Their diagnosis showed: Fuel Injection: Cylinder #2 injector Recommended to replace the injector Spark Plugs: Recommended replacing the spark plugs Based on what they told me, I agreed to have the parts replaced. This Firestone Location fit me in on a Friday afternoon and got new tires on the wheels for me. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Jon was great to work with who is the manager there. I strongly recommend using these guys.
