The worst service of my life. They did my brakes, and I was driving with badly done brakes, putting my life at risk for days. When I went back to have them check it, they gave me a bad attitude and didn’t even want to fix it. Later, they told me it was normal. I had to go to another mechanic, who told me my life was in danger because of those poorly done brakes, and they had to fix them. I had to pay extra money. The AI assisted scheduling worked flawlessly and the Firestone franchise called me back promptly on a Saturday. I was able to get the work done while waiting in the showroom and I was given the price before work was started. I do not know how competitive their price is as I did not shop this around.
They honored my appointment time and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. Great professional service.
