2 days in a row I have adjusted my work schedule to get my car serviced I set 2 appointments to get an oil change tire rotation and balance and 2 days I have been told that it would a 4 hours wait..... Never did I receive a courtesy call to explain their current situation of being backed up .....the crazy thing is that my appointment was 10am and 8am the following day ..... Highly disappointed I the service and professionalism at the Conyers location
