Always friendly. Honest about what needs fixed. Always contacts me when something else is found that needs repaired or replaced. Never any surprises with the prices in the end. Have been using Firestone for years and have never been disappointed.
Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the oil change service a snap! Also....I was aware that my front tires were a bit worn..and he kindly made a tire recommendation for when I am able to get them changed out.
