Traveling eastbound when the valve stem on the Duramax Diesel busted. It was 10 minutes until close and Walker stepped up to the plate and stayed after closing to fix it. He was extremely friendly, professional and provided superb customer service! A top quality employee who deserves a raise and/or promotion. Thank you again, Walker!
Had a 9am appointment, arrives in time. Had to wait until the car in front of us was complete. Car went back at 9:50am and we were told the tires were not in stock at 11am. Now 11:31 and still waiting for the oil change to be complete and tires put back on.
