Worst group of service people ever. They put their friends cars in front of others. Lazy and do more socializing than work. This is 2nd and last time I will ever use this Firestone. I scheduled a simple Company vehicle Air Filter change in advance and was told it would take 20-30 min. I have been here 3 hours and these idiots told me they got my truck mixed up with another and had to restart. Now I am listening to the Manager speaking to what seems to be his girlfriend about non vehicle related things. I was told an hour ago... read more
This Firestone is well knowledgeable and takes care of my issue and a timely manner and gets me out the door in a speedy process
They were very friendly and got my vehicle serviced in a timely fashion it was also a very comfortable wait
