I called and asked if i could do walk in for an alignment to which they replied yes so i took my car around 12pm, they called me around 6pm and told me couldn’t get to my car on the first day, therefore i decided to leave my car overnight so they could work in it the next day, i then called to ask on the status of my car the next day around 1pm since i hadn’t received any update.When i called they told me they could not give me an answer on weather they where going to get to my car despite me leaving it there for 2 days. I use Firestone Auto Care because they have good products and stores nationwide. I travel the USA and Mexico 8 months each year, I need the warranty and service where I am. Never had a problem with either.
The staff was friendly and answered my questions. I will definitely be using them for both my vehicles. Oh the prices were a third of what the dealerships charge
We had a flat tire and they worked us in quickly and replaced the tire quickly and professionally. Very friendly staff and excellent service.
