Always friendly when I walk through the door. They always take care of my truck. Service is always quick
Sway bar links were left loose. Not sure that they have a QA/QC process. Workers behind the counter were polite.

My husband took his truck in for a routine alignment. This was the second alignment we’ve had. Prior to this there were no issues with the truck. I should note that we purchased the lifetime alignment packages from Firestone on our vehicles. After the service and while driving to work my husband felt the car pulling and shaking. He was driving at the posted speed. He is in the military and had to report to work, by the time his shift ended the shop was closed. He called the next morning to address his concerns.
