Went in for a state inspection, said sunvisor and battery holddown didn’t pass so I would be charged additional to fix them and pass state inspection. I said yes. Went back to pick up car after I called to see if it was ready, they don’t call you when it’s ready fyi. I went and the drivers whole sunvisor was off which if you don’t have a sunvisor, it can’t pass state inspection. Called in at closing to make an appointment for opening the next day. They were very accommodating to schedule me. They repaired a faulty power steering hose and seal on the spot. For someone that is traveling it was a pleasant and peaceful appointment. Highly recommend this shop for those unsure and want honest quick service.
This is one of the rare Firestone locations I would not recommend.
