I can only speak for myself - I have had only good experiences at this Firestone. Usually, only people with negative experiences post. The group there is straight-forward and always presents options if a repair is needed. I've never felt like I was being mislead in any way. They also make an effort, at a high-volume location, to get customers back on the road as quickly as possible. Keep up the great work!

So my Yorkie Terrier, Tigger was lost yesterday and some very nice lady found him, but then the owners of this place tried to steal him for his girlfriend, and then continued to argue with the person who found my dog that it was okay to try to take him, lets keep in mind I'm a 16 year old girl and I have an 11 year old little brother who loves Tigger with all his heart and soul and they were perfectly content with stealing him away from his home, thats not even the worst part, is the mechanic let Tigger run around the lot fo... read more
