Because zero stars isn’t an option. This place has no hustle and could care less about your vehicle. We had an appointment for a noise on our truck and took it for diagnostics. Sat there all day and when we went to pick it up it hadn’t been moved and the place was closed even though the hours said they were open. Went back the next morning and took it somewhere that knows what they are doing and has the customers best interest in mind. Terrible customer service. I’m not sure why people keep going here. Needs closed down.
Even small requests are treated with respect and courtesy. Couldn’t be happier.
They fixed my alignment that the mansfield store couldn't do, I mentioned the tires didn't feel balanced properly but they shrugged that off and didn't address that. So I'm not totally satisfied, which goes against their 90 day satisfaction guarantee and I'm in contact with corporate.
Unfortunately not good because of communication. We took my granddaughter’s car in for new tires balance the realigned. So twe took car in early and was to be picked up later they were late delivering the tires so no fault of Firestone, however the night manager told us it would first car at 8:00 am next morning I called at around 8:30 am told the car was on the rack. We told them we needed the car by noon only because there’s an appointment out of town at 2:00. Nathan called to let us know we needed 3 new sensors so I again... read more
