I made an appointment for 11:45 for a tire repair and transmission fluid change. I arrived on time and was told they didn't have the transmission fluid or filter in stock so they couldn't do it that day. I understand; I had only made the appointment about 3 hours in advance. I was told they were a little backed up but I should be done in around an hour. Almost 2 hours later, I left. They had not pulled my car in yet. Very satisfied with service, had the tire we needed when we called stranded on the road, and took less than an hour between that call and them putting it on to be back on the road! Thankful for Ridge and Mike for helping us out
