A great service minded shop! Always happy with Firestone. Longtime customer.
My parents were in from Pa. and had a slow leak in their tire. We stopped in Firestone and Austin Colopy helped us. He was super friendly, the service was top notch and my mom and dad were able to get home safely. Everyone was checking on us, Austin explained the repair thoroughly and my dad was really happy. I highly recommend Firestone in Mt Vernon
The guys were awesome they fit me in just before closing to fix a tire losing air. I appreciate them so much for being compassionate and courteous!
