Good customer service quick good work
I would like to recommend shara at Mount Vernon Firestone for an excellent service advisor. She was very happy to accommodate my needs on the that you can expect.
Shara is amazing and pays attention
Honestly needs to shut down at this point. Austin the Service manager is ignorant, whoever their certified mechanics are, are not bright. Only caused more problems than I came in with. Ruining customers lives one day at a time. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired and it cost 10x the amount after they had ahold of it. Kaseem seems like he’s trying to do better for that rotten place but it’s not helping one bit. I hope this place is shut down soon.
