Everyone who works here is very professional and helpful. I came and they replaced my catalytic converter. It was very quick considering a part had to be ordered. I think I was there for less than two hours. Caseem at the front desk is very nice and very helpful.
Mr. Caseem Hood just gave me customer service that I haven't received in so long and I appreciate him. Although he did not have my tire in stock he informed me where I might be able to get some cuz I needed them today I went and got them got them put on I can go to work tomorrow the way he talked to me made me feel like I was at home and that's the first time I felt that since I moved here I appreciate you guys but just want to let you know that this guy is great!
Quick and efficient.
My appointment was at 9:00. I scheduled it intentionally at 9:00 because I had to be out of there by 11:00. They did not get my truck in the garage until 10:00. I was over 30 minutes late getting out of there. They didn’t have the tires I asked for when I scheduled. I had to buy a more expensive one. Then when I asked if the stems were replaced the counter guy asked the tech, who didn’t give him an answer. So he took the stem replacement off the bill.
