Called to schedule an alignment. Said they could get me in. Sat and waited for over an hour at appointment time.An Employee sat in my vehicle for 20 minutes before attempting service. Truck sat on their lift for AN HOUR for them to come tell me they weren’t able to perform service they said could be done over the phone!!! Far overpriced they hide a lot of hidden fees and tell you the wrong price over the phone and charge you more when they’re done. Not to mention a 65$ up charge for “road hazards” that they don’t ask you about and just tag in there

Charged parts and labor on a misdiagnosed job. Admitted that they were doing it, but refused to not charge for their incompetence. When confronted with this, they threaten you. Very rude and incompetent. Strongly advise going just about anywhere else. The attached video is them threatening me in the parking lot. Nothing but troubles with these 2.
