Oh boy! Staffing makes a huge difference! I am hoping the regular people come back at the front. My husband made an appointment for 10:00 this morning, arrived, and waited while he let a young girl in ahead of him. The young man chatted and chatted with young girl and took her car right in. I’m really appreciate the service from firestone the service manager (Austin Colopy) was so friendly and helpful and I don’t have to wait so long I would definitely recommend to visit the firestone location in Vernon town.
