it took 3 hours to change 4 new tires and broke lugs and made me pay for it. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!
We have used Firestone for years. I always went to one in Tulsa and my father uses them too. When my husband and I relocated to Enid and needed tires we opted to use Firestone. All 3 of our vehicles now have new tires. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing Ben. He was so patient with the inconvenience the distributor caused him when they lacked to deliver my husband’s tires yesterday. I have always found Firestone to be honest and reputable service. I've gone in thinking a need a battery or starter and told its okay ... probably left a light on. I've had major service work done at a fair price and purchase all my tires there now.
Best services I ever had tire had a slit in had to be replaced got there 20 mins before they closed they had me done and out in less than 15 mins the guys and services was amazing thanks so much guys great team!!!
This store gets what customer service is. They are friendly, honest, take good care of you.
