This is a company that trains management/employees to deceive. It's not a question of if you will get screwed or not because YOU WILL. Just avoid them at all costs. As shady as an auto repair shop can be.
they told me $175 for thermostat and diagnostic test,they had to keep it overnight next afternoon I picked it up and the price was $470.They said they had to replace thermostat housing. I get in and air only blows out defroster no vents, I show it to them and they say they didn't touch that. I get home and look a broken vacuum hose. Temp. gauge still didn't work, went to parts store the temp. sender sensor was bad replaced It finally works, should have saved a lot of money and did it myself. I had a horrible experience with Goodyear in Destin. They charged me $2700 for some front end work. As soon as a got my car back there was a burning wires smell. I thought maybe they spilled some fluid and it would burn off. I took it back to Goodyear and they said my brake caliper was stuck, that would be another $1100!!! So I called Firestone and they checked and my stuff was under warranty & they fixed it right! I previously paid $900 for triple the work Goodyear wanted to charge me $1100 for!! Never again Goodyear! Starting with Pop been dealing with firestone since we got stationed here back in the late 60's when they were on Eglin Pkwy. They always treated us good tell you what the problem is and fix right the first time.
I've been dealing with This Firestone Location for over 10 Years and I have always been very satisfied with there work. Good friendly service and upfront on their prices.
They wanted $360 to do my brakes! I suppose they saw that I was a woman & assumed I was dumb. I took my car to Pep Boys where I was treated with the utmost respect & my brakes were replaced for $115. Boo Firestone, YAY Pep Boys!!!
Been coming here for 13 years. I have never had a problem. These guys are great!!
