They did "repairs" on my brakes, 2 days later my brakes seized resulting in a shredded tire and a busted rim. They refused to take any responsibility and had the nerve to quote me $800 to repair the damage they caused.
Took my tire with a leak in this morning. And now its completely flat. Thanks Firestone!

Most of the staff were very professional and helpful they ordered my tires and they arrived the next day. I had them installed on Saturday morning the techs were great as well as one of the gentlemen that helped me at the front desk. However when I went to pick up my vehicle there was a woman working who was extremely rude and off- putting. Her lack of knowledge and customer service was astounding. Our tire went flat today around 6:30pm. We called Firestone (who closed at 7) and they were more than willing to help us. The lady at the front desk, Kailynne Mayos, was one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. We sat and waited past close time but they were all very friendly and helpful and didn’t mind staying late to help us. Strongly recommend!!!
They said they fixed my car but lied they didn’t even look at it but said I needed brakes and rotors in the front. How do I know this? After walking a mile in the rain to pick up my car I arrived only to find that they did not work on it after it had been there for 8 hours. I made the appointment on Friday. Your techs are not to be trusted!
I loved my experience at Firestone because of their technician Dustin Buckley doing top notch service. However, lost my father's business due to them not standing behind their work in alignments causing damage to one of his front tires. If I go to Firestone again, I will not let anyone except for Dustin to work on it.
