The guys here are always so nice and pleasant to work with.
I took my car in for an oil change recently and one of the recommended services was for a radiator flush, which I decided to go ahead and do. Now mind you, I was have NO trouble at all with my car overheating, but figured it would be a good preventative measure given the hot weather. Well, not 5 minutes after leaving Firestone, in the drivethrough lane at the pharmacy right down the street, it started overheating. When I took it back, they said the radiator fans had gone out. Terrible service. They were more concerned with leaving for the day rather than helping customers. Will NEVER visit this location again.
