They quoted me 4,000 & something saying I needed a whole new compressor, condenser, & other parts. After they ran the blue dye test I took it to Yes transmission's off 249 & they showed me where the leak was coming from in the ac line. They recommended I get the ac suction hose and discharge hose. Bought both parts at O'Reilly's for almost 60 bucks. Moral of the story don't let people bs you
They told me the cylinder wall was cracked, that the engine was basically shot, and it would cost nearly $12,000 to fix/replace. We towed the car to a dealer’s service department to get a second opinion (and trade in value). The dealer diagnosed it as spark plugs, bad ignition coil, and serpentine belt. They fixed it for $1,300 and it runs perfectly fine now. We still use Firestone for basic things like inspections and oil changes, but I’d definitely recommend getting a second opinion for big expensive work.

It is my first time using Firestone . From the phone call to the service in store, Josh was attentive, friendly and happy to help and answer any questions I had. Very happy with my visit , I’ll probably start using Firestone for all my vehicles need from now on.
