RecommendedWe were traveling from NJ to Florida. Our tire pressure light came on after just filing it 5 miles before. We stopped at the next exit and Firestone was there! They closed in 40 minutes but we were hoping they could help. They agreed to take a look. The tire had a huge slice on the side. They replaced the tire and got us back on the road in less than an hour!!! Thank you!!!

They don’t know what they are ding it took from 11:00 am to 5:00pm to put tires on when you have a 10:00am appointment

Poor customer service. Treated my son like he was trash... argumentative.. even the manager was terrible..
We got stranded by a busted coolent line last weekend on our way to Washington DC. Got the van to the Firestone in Roanoke Rapids,NC. The techs there did an awesome job of getting us back on the road so we could spend time in DC with family and see some of the city.. Good job!!
Appt yesterday they call to "reschedule"... Come in for 11oclock appt today... 10minutes to one truck still not touched
