I'm absolutely grateful for my service at firestone today. I went to walmart to get tires onto my jeep and they told me that they wouldn't even touch my jeep. Then my husband suggested firestone and once I got there and talked to the manager about it, I knew I was in great hands. They cut me a great deal and their service was absolutely AMAZING! Thank God for Firestone in Rockingham!
Had an appointment to get oil changed. They did thst & rotated the tires. They advertise they change windshield wipers but they didn't have any for our 2012 Impala. Don't understand that
I want it to first let it be known that I would never harm a soul. I am a single mother of four children that works hard and bust my butt everyday to get what we have. I try my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and try to be honest and get along with everyone!! Need to work on customer service. I had an appointment they broke due a sick employee. They had 2 guys on duty and only one car in the shop. I felt like they could have helped me they did not look busy at all.
It's best to make an appointment. Difficult for them to commit to accepting walk ins on a Saturday.
