Wow! They have a customer for life. My tire blew across the street from their store. They were shorthanded, booked solid and it was closing time on a Friday. The manager himself, Troy, checked on us and came to assess the car. Techs Allen and Sarah, stayed late after a long, shorthanded shift to get my family safely back on the road. Great customer service is hard to find anymore, they just raised the bar!
I came in with a "low tire pressure" indicator and also a mystery indicator. The nice folks @ Firestone got the tire pressure fixed, and found that the mystery indicator was just another indicator linked to the tire pressure. And they didn't charge me a cent. Thank you. It's good to know that old-fashioned caring and service still exist.
Go get top notch service. . And to Travis Hollingshead and all the guys down there THANK YOU for all you do! !
