RecommendedPolite, friendly sales associates willing to help. After going to 2 other places for tires and not having any luck, I don’t think I would be as satisfied if I hadn’t came to Firestone. Cornelius was awesome!
Courtesy is so good I waited about 45 minutes tires on my car it did not take that long like other places that I have went to they pulled it right in I called the guy up and I said I need four tires for my car what kind of deal can you give me and he gave me a good deal so I let him put them on. Thank you Firestone

We came in yesterday trying to get back home to Charleston, SC with a trailer. The trailer tire had a valve stem leak and we spent 3 hours running around trying to get it repaired before finally get to you guys at 4. You guys worked so hard and did everything you could and more to get us back on the road. You spent as much time as needed to make sure we could safely get home. Ken, Karl, Rico, we so appreciate your efforts for getting us a new tire and valve stem. Keep up the amazing work! You guys rock!
