I took my son truck for wheels alligtment and the car is not done right so I call spoke to so call manager on Sunday yesterday he said to take it back to who ever did the lower control s that’s there is a bolt missing but they didn’t fix it very disappointed I had other experience never had problem like this will be contacting head quarters no customer service at all

They fought with me over a 10$ coupon...they said they applied the coupon but he charged me 32.98 for the oil change which if it was applied their oil changes are 43 buck..the manager tom actually fought with me even after I called king bear and their oil change is 29.95+ tax which comes to 32.98...8 yr customer lost over 10$..adios Firestone
I would give a zero star rating if I could. They quoted my $40 for a tire rotation and oil change but then charged me $68. They said the oil change was $40 but the tire rotation was more. To make matters worse, when I got home and told my husband about it, he looked it up online. According to the website, the oil change should have been $19 not $40!
I went there for years before I moved to the Midwest but the manger there is top notch I miss going there tommy always took good care of me we have a Firestone where I live now and it nothing like tommys store the store in my town over priced ..
