The service people are very honest. I do very low mileage but I was surprised when I went in a few months ago to get a regular service and they told me it was OK to leave it for up to a year. They could have easily just taken my money. I just returned for the service. They checked everything and made a couple of suggestions for maintenance items but were not at all pushy. I used to get all my services at Toyota but this is so my more convenient as well as less expensive.

Jonah was very professional and calm and eased my concerns by explaining the time frame for the repair. I was in and out in a reasonable time.
