Tim is the man. He is a terrific asset to your company. Not only does he remember names of customers, but he is also the most professional "counter man". I had a minor problem, but to me it was paramount to have it fixed soon. A simple low-pressure tire. Tim treats it with the same as major steering problems. Service was great. Price was cheaper than other places. Geno very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My only issue is the IT department needs to fix their email. Geno tried twice to email my paperwork but it didn’t work. Never had that problem in the past. Geno print my paperwork
